Broadband: Deploying America’s 21st Century Infrastructure
The Federal Energy and Commerce subcommittee, Communications and Technology, held a hearing on March 21, 2017 to discuss national broadband deployment, and discussed the success of the New NY Broadband Program. The Broadband Program Office’s own cost modeling expert, Jim Stegeman, President of CostQuest, testified before the Communications and Technology subcommittee. Jim Stegeman is an industry leader in network-cost models used by wireline and wireless companies, as well as State and government agencies, in support of broadband deployment analysis.
