The New NY Broadband Program is administered by the New York State Broadband Program Office (the BPO), a division of the New York State Urban Development Corporation, d/b/a Empire State Development (ESD).

The Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Portal accepted applications for the New NY Broadband Program from March 1st – April 15th, 2016. Awards for Phase 1 of the Program have been announced, and can be viewed below.
